We currently ship to Canada and the United States. Other countries will soon follow.
Due to high volume and demand during this time of the season, orders are processed within 1-3 business days before being shipped out. Shipping is approximately 2-7 business days with Canada Post via Expedited shipping. Regular mail shipping may take up to 1-2 weeks.
However, customers should anticipate delays that are out of our control due to higher than normal volume and safety measures that are currently taking place with Canada Post.
Expedited Parcel is shipped by parcel with tracking. Quicker delivery time (2-5 business days).
Regular Mail is shipped by lettermail with no tracking. Average delivery time (1-2 weeks).
Yes. For special bulk order of our masks, please contact us at email@example.com and we will quickly set that up for you.
Due to the nature of our products, we unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges for health and safety reasons. All sales for masks are final.
Our masks can be worn by anyone in the general population including essential workers.
Exceptions includes but are not limited to: children under 2, anyone unable to remove them without assistance, or anyone who has trouble breathing.
No. Our non-medical masks are intended and to be used for only non-medical use. These have not been tested to recognized health and safety standards. We do not make any claims that our masks will protect or prevent you from contracting any infectious diseases.
Our masks are to be washed after each use. They are recommended to be hand washed gently with cold water, then air dry or dry flat.
No. We only sell what we have in stock. So please contact us for large bulk orders at firstname.lastname@example.org
